What would be the cost? As this is a fundraising activity I am looking to enquire whether
you have special rates for such an activity, whilst at the same time making it commercially
viable for yourself?
We charge a flat rate to attend your event but you can charge children whatever entry fee you
like to make a profit.

From your experience at other SCHOOL fetes, what kind of charges have other schools
requested for entry to the farm or pony rides?
$2-$5

How many and what animals would you bring with the farm?
35-40 A calf, lambs, goats, chooks, ducks, goose lots of little rabbits, guinea pigs &
chickens a piglet and a rooster.

Are you insured/covered for liability?
Yes, 20 million. A copy of this can be emailed or faxed to you.

What you would supply/require on the day?
We need access to a tap. We provide a Marquee in case of rain or for shade.
We also have little cups of feed so children can feed the animals and hay bales as seats.

Do you supply hand washing facilities?
We offer hand wipes for 20c each or antibacterial hand gel

How large is your pen?
6m X 6m at its biggest but can be adjusted smaller to suit the customer

How many kids can be in the pen at any one time?
20-25

Do you have a minimum age of child that can enter the pen?
Any age is a good age to play with animals

Does an adult need to accompany a kid into the pen or simply stand and watch on?
Children do not need to be supervised but it does make our job easyer.

Do you clean up at the end of the day, including any dung?
We leave the place as we found it and clean up droppings as they are dropped so no one
stands in them.

How long does it take you to set up?
Half an Hour

How many staff do you provide?
2 staff for the farm 1 staff member per pony

How far in advance do I need to book?
Please book as early as you can to get the time you want. for weekends at least a month.

Do you sell the animals when they get too big for the mobile farm?
Yes we like our animals to go to happy homes we always have rabbits & chickens
available but you may be put on a waiting list for the larger animals.
